The sun finally broke out after a couple of hours drifting around in the fog.  While waiting we were fortunate enough to photograph a variety of herons among the cypress trees.  This was our bonus for the morning - - a not often seen belted kingfisher.  Especially one seemingly posing for us to capture it.

The original monkeys in this area were brought in by a tour boat operator in 1938.  Now there are reportedly about 400 in this area.
