Monarch or Viceroy (?)
A few facts about the monarch butterfly like the female shown in this photo. The main difference between the female & male is the the male has 2 black spots on the inside of their hind wings. The main visual difference between the monarch and the viceroy is that the viceroy has a black line across its hind wings. Oh yes, if you have great eyesight, you also might see that the viceroy is a bit small than the monarch.
