Standing Out
One of the most beautiful lakes in southeast Florida is Blue Cypress. Not only is it calm, but you can peacefully drift/sowly motor around and view the many cypress trees lining the shores and standing offshore. If you prefer the activity of wildlife, it abounds here. The trees are home to ospreys who historically nests here. If alligators are of interest, you won't wait long for a sighting. It also is home to owls, other hawks as well as a variety of waterfowl.
