Welcome Ashore
A week of cruising aboard the new, luxurious Nieuw Amsterdam, we were very excited to get our feet on terra firms again. It appeared as though this statue in the port was greeting us as we stepped ashore. It was a warm welcome and only got better as we encountered the people and the sights.
