Fishing Juvenile
This eagle is still in the process of maturing into adulthood which will occur at about 5 1/2 years of age. Based on the color of its diverse plumage, I would estimate that it may be about 3 years old. As you can see, it has successfully picked up a small piece of fish which was floating on the surface of the lake.
