Cape Spear
This is the area on the east coast of Newfoundland where the first sunrise occurs in North America. If you want to catch it as it breaks the horizon, you better be picking your spot around 4:30 am to await early light. The clouds may have blocked the sun this particular morning, but the scene was peaceful and serene. Great way to start the day.
